First let me say I am not one to leave yelp reviews but I feel like Kurt deserves it! I showed up on a Monday morning without an appointment and begged Kurt to take a look at my BMW 528i. I took it to the BMW dealer the week before and they charged me $1800 dollars and didn't fix my acceleration problem. Kurt determined that my problem was with an engine coil (a 170 dollar part). He explained that he was pretty sure it would fix the problem but he wasn't 100% ( I appreciate his honesty). Thank goodness he changed the part! It fixed my acceleration problem and for a whopping $373. Meissner will have my business in the future and I will highly recommend Kurt and his shop to all of my friends and family!

I have to say this is a great repair shop with decent prices. I have a bmw and brought it here although I'm very picky and usually only go to dealership but Kurt gave me a good price on spark plugs so I went back for my break job. It was in and out in a few hours it was great and location was convenient. He also had it out in time so I wouldn't hit 85 traffic:)) great customer service and they are also trained in BMW services and reset the warning signs that were coming up on navigation. If you want good service and know the job was done right go check them out.

I highly recommend these guys. They have done a few jobs for me now. I was a little surprised by the high cost of the first couple jobs, but they have more than made up for that in customer service. Kurt and Scott are really professional and take pride in their work. They even remembered my name after one visit. Every time I've talked to them about my vehicle, they have been really helpful and easy to communicate with. I got strong family vibes from the place on my first visit. These guys are friendly, clean-cut, and highly competent. Recently, I blew a head gasket on my pickup and took it to Meissner. Their lot was jam-packed with cars (probably a good sign) and it took them a while to get around to my truck. In the mean-time, they hooked me up with a loaner vehicle until the job was done. I felt like they helped me out when I really needed it. My vehicle is running great now, and I am confident that the job was done right.

Took my '03 Lexus here. They were very nice, professional, and fast. 1. I dropped my car off very quickly, and they drove me back to my home.2. They called me a few hours later with a diagnosis and price - which was 50% cheaper than another shop I had checked.3. I asked them to look over the car more thoroughly, and they told me about 3 problems that had been missed by the last shop that checked it out.4. They fixed my car within a day.5. I was pleasantly surprised to find my car lightly cleaned.

These are honest, reliable folks who do good work. They stood by their estimate to replace my alternator even though it took them 2.5 hours instead of the 45 minutes their manual had said it would take. They only charged me for the labor time they estimated! Incredibly fair.

I had to come back and give a second review for Meissner- I brought my 1998 jeep cherokee in again because the check engine light is giving me trouble. Scott at the front desk is really patient and really cares about his customers. He solved the check engine light mystery, charged me minimally for service time and diagnostics, and even drove my car over the weekend to make sure it was all solved! Then he went ahead and got my car smogged on the spot which saved me a lot of time and effort. I hugely appreciate this shop and will be coming back for future repairs. It's nice to have found a place I trust. My car runs so much better!

Hands down the best auto repair service that I have used in the last twenty years, Kurt even knows my name after not seeing me for a year. They don't try and nickel and dime you for this and that. They tell you exactly what is wrong and get it done quickly and inexpensively. Never do I get the feeling that they are trying to BS me and I like that in a car repair business.

My good friend from high school (Scott Meder) works at Meissner, which is how I heard of the place. I've been looking for a trustworthy auto shop and figured I can absolutely trust a place where my friend of nearly ten years works. I brought my 1998 Jeep Cherokee Sport here and received excellent service. The mechanics do quick work (they're really busy with lots of loyal customers but got my car back to me the next day) and Scott at the front desk is really helpful in explaining technicalities. I don't know much about cars and so I'm always worried about getting fleeced/ripped off. However, the mechanics here did the minimum to get my car to pass smog and then Scott even wrote out a detailed list of the next steps my car needed, in order of urgency. The shop takes care of all kinds of cars, and have a very no-nonsense, honest attitude with their customers which I really appreciate. They've also been around for a long time and have many returning customers which speaks greatly to their business. I'm really happy to have found a shop that I can call and use regularly!
