Both Kurt and Vic were awesome and very professional. I brought my BMW X5 and he and his crews took care of all the problems including water pump, radiator, air conditioning, break light, and driver side window motor. Price is reasonable and service is great! I am glad to find this place. The whole mechanics are extremely professional with deep knowledge of cars with great experiences.No wonder they have been working for the same company for long time (minimum 10+ years). My experience with Meissner Automotive has always been absolutely wonderful. I needed a new bulb for my headlight and the only charge was for the actual new bulb -- they didn't charge for the labor! I have been taking my car to them ever since I moved here - seven years ago -- and I am a total fan and would never go anywhere else.

I heard some loud noises and decided to bring my car into Meissner, for their assessment. They were kind enough to take my car and in less than an hour, I received a call from Vic who indicated that my brakes and rotor needed to be replaced. Even though they were busy with a lot of repair, scheduled for the day they repaired my car the same day. Donato, who is such a great mechanic, even rotated my tires. They were fast, courteous, treated me with kindness despite my mistake of not taking the car in sooner. I will definitely take my car into Meissner more often, even for oil changes.
