I heard some loud noises and decided to bring my car into Meissner, for their assessment. They were kind enough to take my car and in less than an hour, I received a call from Vic who indicated that my brakes and rotor needed to be replaced. Even though they were busy with a lot of repair, scheduled for the day they repaired my car the same day. Donato, who is such a great mechanic, even rotated my tires. They were fast, courteous, treated me with kindness despite my mistake of not taking the car in sooner. I will definitely take my car into Meissner more often, even for oil changes.

I had a license plate light problem on my Jeep Wrangler that had to be resolved quickly. I tried working on it myself but soon figured out that without the proper tools as well as the expertise in seeing some confusing wiring, I needed a specialist. I called Meissner at noon to see if they could do something that day and the Jeep was in at 1pm. They figured out what was going on and fixed the problem. quickly. Major kudos to Dennis and Vic. These guys are great!
