Second visit for routine maintenance on my car. What continues to impress me about this establishment is that I rarely make it to their site by closing hours, but there has always been someone there to chat. And this person is not grumpy that he is staying there after hours (as I sometimes get at my job). Points for friendly and relaxed client communication. I also don't feel like I'm being coerced into service my car doesn't need. The staff makes recommendations and then outlines why I would or wouldn't want to proceed with the service and lets me decide. With each visit my trust and confidence is increased. I will be back for a third visit when my car is due for service again.
