I stumbled across Meissner Automotive after moving to the Bay area a few years ago and I'm so thankful I did. Kurt and his team have taken such good care of my Mazda Tribute over the last 3 years. They are honest, extremely knowledgeable, and their customer service is excellent. It's not easy finding a mechanic repair shop that you can trust to do a high quality repair job quickly and at a fair rate. You can not go wrong by checking out Meissner. I highly recommend them!

I went to Meissner Automotive for the first time with my 2001 BMW 330ci and I have never felt so taken care of at an automotive shop. The owner was very courteous and professional; it is obvious that their customer needs are top priority and their level of service is nothing but excellent. I would encourage anyone to choose this shop as their #1. They are located pretty centrally, so whether you live in San Jose, even Fremont or San Francisco, Meissner Automotive is very accessible.

Kurt was professional and very responsive. My 21 year old son had just moved to Mountain View and had an unexpected car problem. They kept the car overnight to see if the problem reoccured and when it did not, charged nothing for the diagnostic.I could not believe that such a place existed in this era of 'make a fast buck'. I dealt with them from Los Angeles and it was a huge relief to have the problem handled honestly and quickly. Many thanks Kurt and team.
