I went to Meissner Automotive for the first time with my 2001 BMW 330ci and I have never felt so taken care of at an automotive shop. The owner was very courteous and professional; it is obvious that their customer needs are top priority and their level of service is nothing but excellent. Kurt was professional and very responsive. My 21 year old son had just moved to Mountain View and had an unexpected car problem. They kept the car overnight to see if the problem reoccured and when it did not, charged nothing for the diagnostic.I could not believe that such a place existed in this era of 'make a fast buck'. I dealt with them from Los Angeles and it was a huge relief to have the problem handled honestly and quickly. Many thanks Kurt and team.

Professional, straightforward, friendly and honest is how I would describe Kurt and his team. When I was having trouble with my Mini Cooper, I took it to Meissner's after a recommendation from a friend. They diagnosed the issue within a few hours and gave me a realistic estimate.The car was fixed within a day and I was impressed by their service. I took the car back the next time for general service and oil leak checks. They called me and explained every charge which not all shops do.I've only had success with the repairs they have made. I totally trust them and highly recommend them for all your car needs.
