When I arrived for my appointment. they were incredibly busy, but they got started right away and were done quickly anyway. They also ordered a special Volkswagen part I needed when I called ahead of time.

Second time used Meissner. They fixed my daughter's car after several other shops failed and she wanted to sell it. This time was more simple routine service and repairs which was done well.

I had a problem with my AC not cooling. They refilled the coolant and explained what they did to trace down a coolant leak. Though they couldn't find a leak, they made it clear to come back in if it stops cooling and they will look at it again. They were upfront about the costs and very pleasant to deal with.

Shop owner and technician were very friendly and respectful. They were also very knowledgeable about the issues. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Amazing service. When a 'problem light' turned on my dash on my way home after picking up my car, Meissner sent a mechanic over the Dunbarton Bridge to check on the car and offered a rental car. Issue appeared unrelated to the service and was quickly resolved. Kurt and his people at Meissner stand behind their work.
