One of the best customer service experiences I have had ever. Scott has helped me with my car a couple times now and was straightforward, informative, and respectful. These have been my first times taking my car to a mechanic alone and I was worried that it would be a frustrating process, especially as a young woman who doesn’t know much about cars. The pricing was very transparent and reasonable. I wasn’t charged for anything until the work was actually completed (we had to wait for a part). Was looking for a place to do a pre purchase inspection done while out of purchasing a car ok it of state. The dealership I was working with w was a being difficult and everytime I called Meissner Auto I was greeted by friendly staff and Scott w was a completely understanding.
