Thanks for your response. I am happy with the service I received from your team. I rated 4 stars instead of 5 stars because I am a little confused by what Scott told me when I picked up my car. He said that my car was pulling to the right even after they corrected the alignment. He said this means the tires need to be replaced. Problem is, as far as I can tell, my car doesn't pull to the right. At full freeway speeds, I can release the steering wheel for several seconds and the car steers perfectly straight- no pulling either way. There is plenty of tread left too. So why do I need new tires?

Battery kept dying on Prius so first took it to AutoZone who said battery was fine. Worried it was something bad but it was just the small 12v .
